Safer Internet Day : Raising awareness of digital uses

Safer Internet Day is an annual event aimed at promoting responsible online behavior among young people, families and the educational community. In 2024, the 21st edition takes place on February 6 and continues throughout February and March. Organized by Internet Sans Crainte , this year's theme is "Connected, engaged... and you?", emphasizing digital responsibility and the ecological impact of online uses.
pHARe and Awareness Program
This day is a key moment in the pHARe program, dedicated to the prevention of school bullying. Initiatives include the formation of protective communities, anti-harassment protocols, apprenticeships and awareness raising for families and educational staff.
Commitments for Responsible Use
Participants are encouraged to engage online with resolutions such as :
Dominate the algorithms : Control your digital life.
Become an ambassador of kindness : Report cyberharassment.
Managing your ecological impact : Adopting sustainable digital practices.
Resources and Actions
Educational kits and workshops are available for teachers and families, allowing continued awareness-raising within schools and at home.
